When will Grand Pines Reserve be completed?

Events at Grand Pines Reserve will begin in November 2023!

Is Grand Pines Reserve Pet Friendly?

Yes, we are all pet lovers and want your fur friends to be a part of your celebration. We do require that they have a handler to watch over and clean up after them.

Do we have to choose a package or can we bring our own vendors?

We have both the option to do a venue rental only or you can add one of our vendor packages to take some of the extra planning stress off you and your family!

Do you allow outside alcohol?

Grand Pines Reserve partners with B E Winery for your bar services. You will have a bar set up fee and then select a beer and wine package from our tiered offerings. You may bring hard liquor and mixers for your bar and our staff will serve those at no additional cost to you.

What is the rental time?

The venue rental is between the hours of 10 am and midnight. It is typical that your reception, including cocktail hour, will last 5 hours. All guests and vendors must be off the property by midnight.

Are there accommodations nearby?

Grand Pines Reserve has two hotels within two miles of the venue. We are conveniently located just off of hwy 45 with great access to the Woodlands and Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Do you offer military, first responder, and teacher discounts?

Thank you for your service! We do offer a discount on the published venue rental rate.

Does Grand Pines Reserve include a wedding coordinator?

Grand Pine's “day of” staff consists of an event manager. The event manager will oversee the property and be available to answer questions from couples, guests, and vendors on your big day. Your bar set-up fee will include your bartenders, security officers, and attendants to bus glassware, and maintain common spaces. We do require all clients to hire a professional and insured day of coordinator to manage the wedding or event details.

Does Grand Pines Reserve have suites for the couple to get ready in?

We have two gorgeous suites for our couples. We even provide some complimentary beers for the guys and mimosas for the ladies as you prepare for the day!

Can we rent additional hours?

While the majority of weddings work within the contracted rental time, we do offer the option of an additional morning or night hour for $600 per hour. If the extension requires the bar to go beyond the five-hour allotment you will need to purchase an additional bar hour as well.

Can I choose my own vendors?

While our packages are a great option for most couples, we realize that some of our clients prefer to do all the planning. We have an open vendor policy with the exception of the bar. Please only hire licensed and insured vendors.

Can I bring in my own decor?

You are more than welcome to bring in your own decor. We ask that you only use the pre-approved items for hanging or displaying your pieces. You may not use anything that leaves a permanent mark on the property. Command strips, fishing line, and painter's tape generally work well.

Can we take engagement and bridal pictures at the venue?

Yes, and please share them with us! We want to celebrate all the magical parts from your engagement to your wedding day. Please reach out to our team to set an appointment at the venue. We allow up to two hours for your portrait session. You may dress at the venue but we ask that you come with your hair and makeup ready.

Who sets up the tables and chairs for my event?

Once your final planning and floor plan creation are complete we will send over the details to our setup team. Tables and chairs will be set to match your floor plan when you arrive on the wedding or event day.

Who cleans up the trash at the end of the event?

We have a professional night cleaning crew who will arrive 30 minutes after your exit time. They will take care of emptying canisters and cleaning the venue for the next event. You are only responsible for packing up your personal items and any leftovers you would like to take with you. All items must be removed from the property within 1 hour of the exit.

What is required to “save our date” at Grand Pines Reserve?

We can’t wait to celebrate with you. Once you email, text, or call us with your booking date we will send you an electronic venue agreement. Upon receipt of that document, our accountant will invoice you for your first payment. Each payment is 25% of the total. Your second and third payments will float depending on how much time we have to plan with you. Your 4th and final venue payment is due 60 days prior to your event.
