Grand Pines Reserve is a private venue for weddings and joyous celebrations. This romantic destination offers 15 acres of land with charming architecture, manicured gardens, and a peaceful atmosphere. The facility welcomes couples of all backgrounds to celebrate their elopement, religious ceremonies, vow renewal, and more.
At Grand Pines Reserve, couples can host a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception in our beautiful ballroom. This grand space is completely versatile with its wooden and stone accents so that nearly-weds can add themed pieces of decor with ease.
The area will also capture guests’ hearts with our tall arched ceiling, lustrous chandeliers, chic pendant lights, and dramatic windows. This inside setting can accommodate up to 320 loved ones for seated events. Another breathtaking feature of our venue is the botanical courtyard with smooth pathways and ample room for a theatre seating arrangement. You can say “I do” at one of our gorgeous ceremony sites and then dance the night away in our grand ballroom.
James E. Barber and Alan B. Sadler are business partners at both Grand Pines Reserve and B E Winery. They met at the county office when Alan was the county judge and James was in public service. Afterward, James left the county department to become a sergeant with the sheriff’s department. The close friendship between the two men remained and when James retired from the sheriff’s department and decided he wanted to build a wedding venue, Alan was the first person who came to mind. Alan loved the idea of partnering with James again and Grand Pines Reserve became a reality. Both gentlemen reside locally with their families.
Kristi O’Connell is our Venue Operations Manager. Kristi has over 20 years of wedding industry experience with five of those years in venue management. From inquiry to the wedding day, Kristi will be a part of your entire wedding planning experience.
Christine Settlemire is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Christine manages the financial side of your wedding booking at Grand Pines Reserve. When she is not managing weddings and business at B E Winery, Christine enjoys spending time with her family.
At Grand Pines Reserve, we can bring your wedding and special event ideas to fruition. From our picturesque outdoor ceremony areas to our beautiful Pine Hall chapel, you’ve got all the options. Our Grand Hall reception area can accommodate up to 320 people. Also, our bar and outdoor mingle areas make a great place to hang out and for friends and family to meet and catch up.
With construction underway, we’re currently offering discounted bookings throughout the construction phase. We are accepting contracts for events beginning Summer 2023!
